Abstract

The research aims to demonstrate the impact of electronic human resource management (E-HRM) on work ethics within the organization, from the perspective of a sample of employees working in the banking sector in Wasit Governorate. The descriptive-analytical method was adopted to describe the studied variables and analyze the data collected from the sample. A questionnaire was designed based on the five-point Likert scale as the main tool for data collection. The research population consisted of all employees in the banking sector in Wasit Governorate, while the sample included (70) employees working in the investigated field. The collected data were analyzed using the statistical software (SPSS). In light of the results, several conclusions were reached, most notably the existence of a significant impact of electronic human resource management on work ethics within the organization. Accordingly, a number of recommendations were proposed, the most important of which is the necessity of activating electronic human resource management and its various dimensions, given its substantial influence on work ethics.
