The Impact of Business Intelligence in Enhancing Organizational SustainabilityA Exploratory Study at the Bank of Baghdad

Abstract

The research seeks to demonstrate the impact of business intelligence in enhancing organizational sustainability through a exploratory study in the Bank of Baghdad. To achieve the research objective, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted, and the questionnaire form was used as a tool for collecting data. (50) forms were distributed to a sample of working individuals. The research concluded that there is a correlation and a significant impact between business intelligence and organizational sustainability at the level of the bank under study. The research suggests the necessity for the bank under study to adopt business intelligence applications that provide quantitative or descriptive presentations that help support decision-making.
