Abstract

The digital transformation of the mobile communications sector constitutes a pivotal, dynamic research field, as emerging technologies are constantly changing traditional methodologies. Therefore, this study seeks to understand the role of knowledge sharing in its three dimensions (knowledge transfer, partnership, and the enhancement of new skills) in efficiency of the digital system in dimensions (digital system infrastructure, digital management, digital trust). The study problem was defined by several questions that revolved around the nature of relationships of correlation, influence between the study variables. To achieve this, a hypothetical model was developed to express the study hypotheses. The study was applied to a sample of some mobile communications companies in Iraq (the Middle Euphrates region), targeting middle management and decision-makers among the employees in those companies. sample consisted of (281) employees, (252) questionnaires were valid for analysis, representing (93.5%). The mediating variable was based on two main dimensions: (digital system infrastructure, digital management). The study used a set of statistical methods, including the SPSS version 26 program and the Amose statistical analysis program.
