Abstract
This research aimed to measure and analyze the impact of digital transformation, with its dimensions (strategy, organizational culture, and IT infrastructure), on the innovative performance of private banks.
To achieve this objective, a questionnaire was designed as the primary data collection tool. The sample consisted of 80 middle and senior management employees from Al-Taif Islamic Bank, with partial comparisons to Ashur International Investment Bank and Trans Iraq Islamic Bank. The research employed a descriptive-analytical approach, utilizing a range of statistical methods, including means and standard deviations for descriptive analysis, as well as Pearson's correlation coefficient and simple linear regression to test the hypotheses. The results demonstrated the high reliability of the research instrument and revealed a statistically significant positive correlation and effect between digital transformation and innovative performance.
The analyses showed that organizational culture is the most influential factor in innovative performance, followed by strategy, then infrastructure. In addition, the results indicated a weakness in the allocation of clear budgets and the measurement of performance indicators, as well as challenges in appreciating employee initiatives. The research concluded that achieving sustainable innovative performance requires not only a strong strategy and infrastructure but also building an organizational culture that supports innovation, with the need to improve appreciation mechanisms and financial support to measure success
