Abstract

This study examines the relationship between digital transformation and financial sustainability, with a focus on the key opportunities and challenges associated with the adoption of modern digital technologies within institutions and national economies. The study highlights the role of digital transformation in improving the efficiency of financial resource utilization, reducing operational costs, and enhancing financial transparency and governance, thereby supporting long-term financial sustainability. It also discusses major challenges, including the high costs of digital transformation, cybersecurity risks, inadequate digital infrastructure, and the shortage of skilled human capital. The study concludes that maximizing the positive impact of digital transformation on financial sustainability requires the adoption of integrated digital strategies, supportive regulatory frameworks, and sustained investment in human capital to ensure sustainable financial growth
