Abstract
This research aims to study and analyze the impact of digital marketing strategies on consumer behavior at Al-Kafeel Company, in light of the rapid technological advancements the world is witnessing and the increasing reliance of organizations on digital media and platforms as a primary means of communicating with consumers. Digital marketing strategies have become among the most important and sophisticated tools for building marketing relationships, fostering consumer loyalty, and encouraging purchasing decisions through the use of social media, online advertising, and interactive content.
The research problem lies in determining the extent of the impact of digital marketing, with its diverse tools, on the behavior of the Iraqi consumer, considering the specificities of the local socio-economic environment and the varying levels of trust and interaction with digital channels.
The research adopted a descriptive-analytical approach to study the phenomenon, using a questionnaire as the primary tool for collecting data from a sample of consumers in several Iraqi cities. The data were then analyzed using appropriate statistical methods to test hypotheses and clarify the relationships between variables.
The significance of this research lies in its contribution to understanding the behavior of the Iraqi digital consumer and providing a theoretical and practical framework for organizations operating in the local market to help them develop more effective digital marketing strategies. It also offers practical recommendations to assist marketers and decision-makers in improving consumer engagement and enhancing trust in the digital environment.
