The Impact of Hybrid Leadership on Organizational Performance: A Descriptive Analytical Study at Al-Kut Private University

Abstract
This research aims to analyze the impact of hybrid leadership on organizational performance at Al-Kut Private University through a descriptive-analytical study. The research relied on a questionnaire to collect data, and the sample consisted of 204 administrative leaders and faculty members. The SPSS program was used to assess the direct relationship between the research variables. The main hypothesis was that there is a positive relationship between hybrid leadership and organizational performance. The results showed that the rate of hybrid leadership practice, across its dimensions, was moderate to relatively high. Transactional leadership scored 3.78, while transformational leadership scored 4.12. This highlights the importance of practicing leadership styles to enhance organizational performance and achieve excellence in diverse environments. Based on these findings, the researcher recommends maintaining the positive results achieved by having leadership develop clear strategies to support employees. This study provides a scientific framework that can be used in building future theoretical models.
