Abstract

This research aims to measure the impact of transcendental leadership, with its dimensions (self-leadership, leading others, leading the organization, and leading the community), on enhancing and developing organizational prosperity, with its dimensions (organizational learning, organizational vitality, and organizational sustainability), in private university environments. The research employed a descriptive-analytical approach and used a questionnaire as a tool for collecting field data. The analysis was conducted using SPSS version 29, relying on descriptive statistical methods and simple linear regression analysis.The results of the descriptive analysis revealed that the degree of transcendental leadership practice appears relatively high, with an overall mean score of approximately 3.95. The highest score for its dimensions was for organizational leadership (4.01), while the lowest was for self-leadership (3.89). Furthermore, the analysis showed that the level of organizational prosperity appears relatively high, with an overall mean score of approximately 4.07. The organizational sustainability dimension recorded the highest score (4.10), followed by organizational vitality and then organizational learning. The results of the regression analysis also indicated a significant positive effect of transcendental leadership on organizational flourishing, which in turn highlights the fundamental role of transcendental leadership in developing an organizational learning environment.
