The Impact of Digital Social Responsibility on the Quality of Sustainable Healthcare: An Exploratory Study

Abstract
This study examines the impact of Digital Social Responsibility (DSR) on Sustainable Healthcare Quality through an exploratory survey of 64 healthcare professionals. The research adopted a descriptive-analytical approach using SPSS to conduct descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and simple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate a high level of Digital Social Responsibility implementation (mean = 4.175) and a high level of Sustainable Healthcare Quality (mean = 4.170). A statistically significant positive correlation was identified between DSR and Sustainable Healthcare Quality (r = 0.654), demonstrating a strong association between responsible digital practices and improved healthcare performance. Regression analysis revealed that Digital Social Responsibility explains 42.7% of the variance in Sustainable Healthcare Quality (R² = 0.427), with a significant positive regression coefficient (B = 0.539). These findings confirm that digital governance, data protection, and ethical AI practices play a strategic role in enhancing clinical outcomes, reducing medical errors, and strengthening institutional trust.
