Designing a Strategic Entrepreneurship System in Educational Institutions:Al-Kut University Model

Abstract
The current research aims to design a strategic leadership system for educational institutions, specifically Al-Kut University, as a model to enhance its competitiveness. This is achieved by integrating leadership elements with strategy into a comprehensive framework that constitutes the strategic leadership system, comprised of inputs, processes, outputs, and feedback. The researcher employed a descriptive-analytical approach to develop the conceptual and analytical framework. The research measured the attitudes of a purposive sample of 92 faculty members from the university towards the components of the strategic leadership system, and identified some of the sample's personal and professional characteristics.The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to extract and analyze the research results and test the hypotheses. The most important conclusions are: The responses and attitudes of the research sample revealed the importance of the availability and integration of inputs, processes, outputs, and feedback components to ensure the successful design and implementation of the strategic leadership system in educational institutions. No significant differences were found in the average responses of the respondents based on gender, educational level, or years of experience, indicating agreement and consistency in their views on the strategic leadership system. The most important recommendations: - The necessity of adopting a strategic leadership system at Al-Kut University by creating a supportive university environment, integrating curricula and entrepreneurial and digital activities, and establishing a specialized unit concerned with planning, implementing, and evaluating entrepreneurial projects and applied scientific research, in order to achieve innovation and align educational outcomes with the requirements of the labor market and sustainable development
