Administrative Leadership in the Age of Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence: A Descriptive Study

Abstract

The contemporary world is witnessing rapid and significant fundamental transformations due to the successive developments in information and communication technology, particularly in the fields of modern digital transformation and artificial intelligence. This has had a direct impact on the contemporary business environment, modern management methods, and leadership patterns within organizations. This reality has imposed new and significant challenges on administrative leadership, necessitating a reconsideration of the traditional roles of leaders and managers and a shift towards modern leadership styles and automation capable of leveraging digital technologies and intelligent systems to improve and develop institutional performance and support decision-making.

This research aims to study modern administrative leadership in the era of digital transformation and artificial intelligence by analyzing its theoretical dimensions, clarifying its role in successfully improving digital transformation, and illustrating the impact of artificial intelligence in supporting administrative decisions and enhancing growing organizational performance. The research relied on the descriptive-analytical approach by reviewing and analyzing previous literature and studies, both Arabic and foreign, relevant to the research topic.
