The Impact of Automation and Artificial Intelligence on Job Redesign and the Support of Economic Efficiency in Organizations

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the theoretical impact of automation and artificial intelligence on job redesign and the support of economic efficiency in organizations. The study adopts a descriptive–analytical approach through a review of relevant literature and previous studies, without conducting a field study. The research addresses the concepts of automation and artificial intelligence and their role in developing job tasks and responsibilities. It also discusses the impact of job redesign supported by intelligent technologies on improving productivity and rationalizing costs. The study concludes that adopting automation and artificial intelligence theoretically contributes to enhancing economic efficiency and achieving greater organizational flexibility. It recommends the necessity of employing these technologies within an integrated strategic vision that takes organizational and human aspects into consideration
