Abstract
The two researchers aimed in the present study to examine the feasibility of employing the dimensions of artificial intelligence—namely (chatbots, dynamic pricing, targeted offers, data analysis, customer understanding, and content recommendation)—as an independent variable in human resource risk management. Human resource risk management was treated as the dependent variable through its dimensions: (the degree of availability of human resource risk management principles at Asiacell Telecom; the degree of availability of a human resource risk management operating system at Asiacell Telecom; and the degree of availability of human resource risk management processes at Asiacell Telecom). The study was conducted as a field investigation at Asiacell Telecom – Northern Region. The study population comprised the company’s employees (1,864 employees), and a sample of (317) employees was obtained. An electronic questionnaire was adopted as the primary instrument for data collection. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods as well as inferential techniques designed to assess the effects of the study variables, within a descriptive–analytical approach. The results indicated that the adoption of artificial intelligence techniques has a positive effect on enhancing human resource risk management. The field findings were consistent with the study’s research questions, objectives, and hypotheses, confirming the existence of a statistically significant causal relationship between artificial intelligence and human resource risk management. Based on the conclusions, a set of recommendations was proposed for the company under investigation.
