Abstract

Most economic units continue to rely on traditional approaches in their control processes, which limits their ability to obtain a comprehensive view of overall performance. This situation has created the necessity of adopting modern techniques, particularly artificial intelligence applications, to enhance the quality of internal control and to meet the objectives and requirements of financial performance, while addressing certain human limitations. Artificial intelligence systems provide efficiency and speed in executing tasks, and they also strengthen the decision‑making process by offering more accurate insights. Moreover, they contribute to higher levels of development and growth, especially in financial performance, as they are capable of supplying management with valuable information and concepts that support investment decisions and help close gaps and overcome obstacles that may arise in the future.
